1. All abstract must be submitted in English.
  2. Once an abstract is selected for presentation, at least ONE of the authors MUST register for the conference. Payment for conference registration should reach the Conference Secretariat by 15 August 2018
  3. The final selection of abstracts will be reviewed and decided by the Scientific Committee of the Malaysian Nursing Council of Public Institutions of Higher Learning based on the following criteria; Novelty, Originality and Significance.

  1. Abstract should use font size Arial 12, single line spacing and spacing between paragraph 6 pt before and after.
  2. Abstract should include title of abstract, name of all authors, institution, country, introduction, objectives of study, methodology, results, discussion and conclusion.
  3. Document should be saved in docx format. Do not include images in the abstract.
  4. ALL submissions must strictly follow the guidelines provided. Only abstract that conform to the given guidelines will be accepted.
  5. All abbreviations must be spelled out on the first use.
  6. Abstract must not be more than 300 words exclusive the title.
  7. Presenting author name must be bold.
  8. Title of the abstract must be in bold capital letters at the top of the abstract, using font Arial size 14.
  9. All referencing must use APA 6th edition style.

  2. Complete the Abstract Submission Form in the website
  3. Hard copy submission will not be accepted.
  4. Please ensure correct particulars before submitting as changes or additions will not be accepted after the submission deadline.
  5. Please ensure correct email address have been entered in order to receive confirmation receipt of your submission


  1. Poster presentations must be in the following format:
    - Printed on A1 size, bunting (bring own bunting stand)
    - Poster orientation: Portrait.
  2. Upon the day of registration, all poster presenters are required to come early to set up their poster in the poster area.
